Torniella offers two restaurants, a few small shops, and a bar - all within easy walking distance. For more extensive shopping, the town of Roccastrada is just 15 minutes away by car and offers a supermarket along with stunning views over the surrounding plains. Southern Tuscany is rich in both culture and nature. History lovers can visit Vetulonia, once a major Etruscan city, with its necropolis and museum. Nature lovers will enjoy the Maremma Natural Park, a nature reserve stretching for 25km along the coastline. Day trips to Grosseto, Colle Val d’Elsa, or Siena are also highly recommended.

The house is located in the historic village center and is a traditional Tuscan townhouse built from natural stone with green wooden shutters. The garden is surprisingly spacious and well maintained.
