Fattoria la Pieve is an inviting hamlet formed from a collection of former farmhouses that have been carefully restored to create twelve welcoming villas. Each villa has its own private garden or furnished terrace, ideal for relaxed alfresco dining. Set in an elevated position, the estate enjoys lovely views over its organically cultivated olive groves and vineyards, creating a peaceful and authentic Tuscan atmosphere. A real highlight is the impressive shared swimming pool, designed with three interconnected pool areas linked by gentle waterfalls, perfect for cooling off and unwinding on warm days. Guests can also enjoy the convenience of a small on-site shop with bar, offering locally produced goods, as well as a relaxed spot to stop for a morning coffee and cornetto.

The village of Roccalbegna, around nine kilometres away, offers restaurants, bars and a selection of shops. Approximately 40 kilometres from the estate lies Grosseto, the provincial capital of southern Tuscany, known for its well-preserved historic centre, 16th-century city walls, the Cathedral of San Lorenzo and the lively Piazza Dante. The sandy beaches and pine forests of Marina di Grosseto are also within easy reach. A memorable excursion is a visit to the thermal springs of Saturnia, where the natural Cascate del Mulino can be enjoyed for free,  especially atmospheric at sunset.

About the villa
Loreno is a beautiful split level holiday apartment with a cosy and open feel. Traditional wooden beam ceilings, terracotta floors and a fireplace define the spacious open-plan kitchen, living and dining area. Comfortable furnishings with many thoughtful details add warmth and character. The outdoor area of the holiday accommodation includes a loggia terrace directly by the entrance with table and chairs, as well as a barbecue. From here, beautiful views open out across the valley, making it ideal for relaxing, enjoying meals al fresco and observing local wildlife. Wi-Fi is available exclusively in the communal areas.
