La Casa di Franca is a spacious holiday home in a peaceful hillside location with breathtaking views over the Tuscan countryside. With plenty of space, a beautifully maintained garden and a lovely pool, it's perfect for a holiday with family or friends.

The house is located between the towns of Cavriglia and Montevarchi, both reachable in about 15 minutes by car. Cavriglia offers a few restaurants and a small Coop supermarket, while Montevarchi has several large supermarkets and a full range of services. From the train station in Montevarchi, direct trains run to Florence , offering a stress-free way to visit the city of the Renaissance. Wine lovers will be pleased to find excellent tastings at nearby wineries such as Semolini and Malerba.

Built from natural stone, this two-storey villa blends beautifully with the landscape. On the first-floor balcony, there is a dining table and a traditional pizza oven - ideal for enjoying homemade pizza with a view. The large garden is spread across several levels and offers many charming spots to sit, whether in the sun or shade. The oval-shaped pool invites you to cool off, and under the pergola, you can enjoy a relaxing aperitif at sunset.
