La Quercia is a small, peaceful estate set in the Tuscan hills, ideal for guests seeking nature, privacy and relaxation. The property consists of three holiday apartments and a detached villa, located in a well-kept, wooded residential area near the spa town of Sassetta. Each holiday apartment has its own furnished outdoor area, perfect for enjoying relaxed meals outdoors and long summer evenings. A lovely shared  pool is available to all guests and can be reached via a staircase. The setting combines tranquillity with convenient access to the surrounding area.

The charming village of Sassetta is known for its thermal waters and its unique red marble, found nowhere else in the world and traditionally shaped by skilled stone masons and sculptors. The village offers restaurants, bars and small shops, while larger supermarkets are located in Donoratico, just six minutes away by car. The coast at Marina di Castagneto, with its beach clubs and more than 30 km of sandy beaches, lies about 16 km away. For those looking for fun and excitement, the Cavallino Matto amusement park is only a short drive away. Nearby, medieval hilltop villages such as Castagneto Carducci, Monteverdi Marittimo and Canneto invite exploration, while wine lovers will enjoy the wineries of the Bolgheri region. Nature enthusiasts can visit the Rifugio Faunistico di Bolgheri.

About the villa
Gardenia consists of two connected ground floor apartments with bright interiors and comfortable furnishings. Two beautifully furnished terraces beneath gazebos invite relaxation and are equipped with large travertine tables and wrought-iron chairs and settees with soft cushions. A garden with additional seating and plenty of natural shade from the trees completes the outdoor space.
