Despite its convenient position, the villa’s lawns and interior are well shielded from the outside world. In the garden you’ll find comfortable furniture on the lawns and terrace, with a path leading from the main house to the on-site cottage. A supermarket is conveniently located just 1km away and the town of Marina di Pietrasanta is easily accessed via a short drive.

The interior is brightly lit by tall windows throughout, with elegant styles and comfortable bedrooms and lounge areas. The open-plan lounge-diner area is a perfect place to gather in all weathers, with a calming blue colour scheme and lots of places to sit. The kitchen is spacious with plenty of space to prepare a great home-cooked meal with fresh Tuscan ingredients. The bedrooms are all individually designed with exceptional class and plush beds, while the stately bathroom is a vision of luxury.

Although the villa does not have a pool, the beach is just 200 metres from the house. Marina di Pietrasanta includes four and a half miles of deep sandy beach, and in the background you’ll see cool pine forests and nearby Apuan Alps. There are open spaces of free beach, along with lots of vendors that offer umbrella and chair rentals, restaurants, bars and snacks.

The town has been famous and beloved since the beginning of the twentieth century, with its centres of Fiumetto, and Tofano, Focette, which offer a wide range of attractions.
