The property lies within walking distance of the village of Badia Agnano, which has a few shops, a petrol station and several restaurants. Pieve a Presciano with the well-known Osteria dei Vignaioli is just 4 km away. For a wider range of supermarkets, Bucine and Levane are nearby. The Chianti region is within easy reach, as are cultural highlights such as Arezzo, Siena, and Cortona, which make perfect daytrip destinations.

Surrounded by vineyards and forest, the farmhouse stands in a quiet, panoramic position with no other buildings in sight. A spacious lawn stretches out in front of the house and the shaded loggia terrace is the perfect place to dine al fresco. The pool is on a lower level, bordered by olive trees, and the garden lights in the evening create a magical atmosphere.

Inside, the villa has been tastefully restored in traditional Tuscan style with terracotta floors, exposed stone walls and warm pastel shades throughout. The generous living area with a dining space is located on the ground floor, while upstairs a second sitting area offers additional space to relax.
