Lo Scarpellino is a large stone villa with a private pool, enveloped on all sides by vineyards and forest, close to Arezzo. The traditional decor of warm terracotta flooring and rustic brick walls brings a rural feel to the interiors, while the comfortable furnishings help make this a true home from home. There are four bedrooms sleeping up to eight people and spacious communal areas on both floors. So, with plenty of sun loungers and ample dining space to share, this delightful villa will make a suitable group getaway, whether you’re staying with friends or family.

From all windows and terraces of the villa you will appreciate the uninterrupted views across the surrounding hillsides. With hardly another building in sight, you can spend time relaxing in the shaded outdoor areas or under the furnished gazebo in total privacy. As Lo Scarpellino is within walking distance of the historic village of Badia Agnano, it’s easy to pop out and pick up groceries or dine at one of the nearby restaurants. However, if you’re keen to venture slightly further afield, the villa is perfectly located for exploring the province of Arezzo and is just an hour’s drive from Florence.
