Podere La Casa is a welcoming villa offering a peaceful retreat in the Tuscan countryside while being just a short walk from a small village. With its thoughtful layout, it is ideal for a family or two couples with a young child who wish to enjoy relaxing days in a rural setting.

The village of Cavriglia is about a fifteen minute walk away. Here, guests will find a few restaurants as well as a small Coop supermarket. Close to Cavriglia lies the Malerba winery, known for its distinctive wines and high quality olive oil, and offering interesting tastings. The larger town of Montevarchi is around twenty minutes away by car. It has several big supermarkets and a train station with direct connections to Florence, providing a stress free option for visiting the Renaissance city. The Chianti towns and villages, as well as Arezzo, Siena and Cortona, offer many ideas for varied and memorable excursions.

Podere La Casa enjoys a peaceful countryside setting and is built from natural stone. At the front of the house, a shaded terrace with a dining table and chairs is perfect for meals in the open air. A stone built barbecue, a well maintained garden and a kidney shaped pool complete the outdoor spaces. Next to the pool, a very comfortable seating area under a pergola provides a lovely spot to relax, especially in the evenings.

Inside, the holiday home has a warm and homely atmosphere with traditional Tuscan wooden beamed ceilings and a pleasing mix of rustic and modern furnishings. Guests will feel at home from the moment they arrive.
