The village of Gaiole is just five minutes away by car and offers restaurants, a small Coop supermarket, bicycle rentals and shops.

The house enjoys a peaceful and private hillside position surrounded by unspoilt countryside, with sweeping views of the classic Chianti landscape.

Riecine Capanna is a single-storey stone house with direct access to the garden and pool. The covered terrace is equipped with a dining table and barbecue, ideal for al fresco meals.

The neatly kept garden features a spacious pool, set on a lawn with panoramic vineyard views. Sun loungers and a shaded area offer plenty of space to relax.

Inside, the open-plan layout is bathed in natural light thanks to the floor-to-ceiling glass doors. The design-led interior includes a modern minimalist kitchen, striking lighting and carefully chosen contemporary art. Neutral tones and high-end materials create a serene, elegant atmosphere.
