The large pool, the beautifully maintained garden and the high-quality interior make this a truly special retreat. Guests can also look forward to a complimentary tour of the Riecine estate, including a private wine tasting.
Located in the Chianti Classico region, the villa offers an ideal base for exploring the area's famous wineries, castles and hilltop villages. Florence, Siena, Arezzo and San Gimignano are all within easy reach for day trips. The village of Gaiole is just five minutes away by car and has restaurants, a small Coop supermarket, bicycle rentals and shops.
The property enjoys a peaceful hillside position, surrounded by unspoilt Tuscan countryside. Guests can relax in complete privacy while taking in sweeping views of the surrounding scenery.
Riecine Capanna 4 is a single-storey stone house with direct access to the garden. The spacious covered terrace is equipped with a dining table and barbecue, perfect for al fresco dinners.
The garden features a generous private pool with sun loungers and a shaded area for relaxing. The well-kept lawn overlooks vineyards and wooded hills.
Inside, the open-plan living space is filled with natural light thanks to floor-to-ceiling glass doors that connect the house with the outdoors. A minimalist modern kitchen, distinctive lighting and carefully selected contemporary artworks complete the design-led interior. A wonderful place for those who appreciate wine, design and laid-back elegance.

There are no words to truly describe how beautiful this villa and its surroundings are. Nestled in the middle of a vineyard, surrounded by grapevines and olive groves, the views are simply breathtaking.
The villa itself is modern, well-equipped, and extremely comfortable. Everything was spotless, and from the very first moment, you feel right at home. The wine testing offered by the owner was wonderful!!!
If you come to Tuscany, do not hesitate: this is the villa to choose. We spent 13 wonderful days here, and leaving was genuinely sad…
The only two points to take into consideration:
a) There is no Wi-Fi outside (near the pool, barbecue, or outdoor dining table), even though the instructions in the villa indicated it should be available. We contacted the person in charge, but the issue could not be solved, so it’s best to bring your own mobile data if you need internet outdoors.
b) If you go for dinner in the nearby village (a beautiful place with excellent restaurants), be careful when driving back at night. The road is very narrow, not well paved, and has little space for two cars to cross. It’s manageable—just drive carefully.wonderful restaurants: La voglia Osteria and, even more, La Giorgia Vino
