Nous avons passé un superbe semaine dans cette jolie petite maison très bien entretenue dans laquelle la climatisation est un vrai plus (semaine avec des températures très élevées). Le cadre est magnifique et la vue est splendide.Le fait d’avoir sa piscine ( hors sol mais tout à fait suffisante) privatisée est très agréable ( j’adorais prendre mon petit déjeuner et juste après, plonger dans la piscine!). Les alentours sont extrêmement calmes, c’est parfait pour se détendre sur son transat au bord de la piscine ou en fin de journée sur la terrasse avec un beau coucher de soleil..Nous n avons pas du tout été gênés par les autres locations. Fabio, Andrea et son épouse sont charmants. Nous avons pu visiter leur vignoble et avons eu droit à une dégustation de leur production rien que pour nous!
Très belle expérience, nous et nos enfants ont beaucoup aimé.

A perfect spot and place for a small family – it had everything we wanted and was looking for. It’s not the biggest house but has 2 big bedrooms with own bathrooms / toilets – perfect when you are either traveling with kids or friends. The Kitchen is small but has everything you need to make breakfast, cook lunch or dinner. We spend most of our time at the terrace and it totally delivered. Most amazing view with the most impressive sun rises. A small pool but it did the trick. Even though it was around 35 degrees Celsius, it didn’t feel hot or too hot. Location of the house and terrace gave us a constant wind and cooling breeze which really saves us during the hot afternoons. Another bonus was the absence of mosquitos during the evening due to the wind. The village only has a small supermarket, but it has the essentials, and you can get yourself a cup of coffee. There is one restaurant but totally worth visiting – a local gem and dining experience.

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Sangiovese. The villa is perfectly located in the Chianti hillside in the middle of vineyards and olive groves. An extra plus is that you can literally roll from your terrace into your private pool. On site there is also a larger villa and a private house, but they have their own terraces and pool.
It was extremely hot during our stay (around 40°), but due to the villa's location and the hilly terrain there was always a slight breeze - and the fact that all rooms have air condition and the pool also helped.
The only thing to note is maybe that the kitchen and dining area are a bit small. That is not an issue in summer, when you can have all your meals al fresco, but it may be a bit tight when you need to move inside. The two bedrooms are quite spacious though.

Das zweite Bad ist weniger komfortabel , insbesondere was die Dusche betrifft. Auch der Wasserdruck könnte besser sein.

Das W Lan ist sehr schlecht. Ständig muss man sich einloggen und die Geschwindigkeit ist auch sehr schlecht .

Die Eigentümer sind sehr nett. Sie führten uns durch das nahe liegende eigene Weingut icl. Kostenloser Weinverkostung

Die wenigen umliegenden Restaurants sind alle gut.

Très belle maison tout confort, idéal pour passer des vacances au calme! Vue sur les vignes et les oliviers, c’est magnifique.
