    1. It’s Yoga Florence
    Combine a yoga holiday with a city break in gorgeous Florence. ‘It’s Yoga Florence’ offers Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, as well as prenatal yoga, rocket yoga, group classes and even kids yoga to keep the little ones entertained. Held in a calm and friendly studio within a 600 year old building in Florence.

    2. Centro Yoga Grosseto di Ilaria Serini
    Centro Yoga offer yoga classes based in Grosseto. The classes last an hour and a half and are suitable for all abilities. They offer yoga on a relaxed, friendly environment with helpful and attentive teachers.

    At Cintamani Yoga you can take classes in the heart of the Chianti hills in a beautiful setting.     Another yoga school in the centre of Florence, Radici Yoga, has plenty of classes to try. They offer different types of yoga including Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Kundalini, Pre/Post Natal,  and Hatha. At their centre they focus on the emotional, physical and spiritual benefits that yoga provides.

    5. Yoga Garage
    Yoga Garage is also based in Florence. Classes are held in a magnificent old church, so if you want to do yoga in a unique location, then this is your school. Yoga Garage offers classes in both English and Italian.

    6. Studio Yoga Maya
    Studio Yoga May is located next to Santo Spirito Square in Florence. Each class has between five and eight participants, and the classes last 90 minutes. The teachers here have lots of experience and offer classes tailored to each student. According to Studio Yoga Maya, ‘It is a cosy , silent and elegant ambience where you can “unplug” the spine and realign it toward a new center.’

    Another school located right in the centre of Florence, 19r Yoga is an International Yoga Alliance studio. If you want to train to become a yoga teacher, you can take teacher training sessions here. 19r Yoga focuses on Ashtanga yoga.

Da Vinci Tuscany Private Tour from Arezzo
