Yoga & Wellbeing in Tuscany

  • Yoga holidays are becoming extremely popular at the moment, and for good reason. They offer many health benefits and the opportunity to take some much needed ‘you time’. What better time to practice yoga than whilst you are on holiday, at your most relaxed?

Tuscany is an up and coming yoga destination with new schools opening across the region. It’s perhaps the perfect location to indulge in some deeply calming and reinvigorating yoga. Yoga enthusiasts will be pleased to discover that there’s lots of places offering yoga classes and retreats throughout Tuscany.

  • Why Tuscany is ideal for yoga holidays

Imagine placing your yoga mat down next to an olive tree, or at the top of a hill overlooking a vast vineyard. Tuscany is praised for its jaw-dropping beauty and sensational scenery, and those who have been there will testify to the fact that it’s perhaps one of the most relaxing places on earth. The pace of life in Tuscany is gloriously slow and laid back, which means it’s an excellent place to unwind and relax your body and mind through the power of yoga.
