Sleeping up to 12 people, its six bedrooms are split between the main stone villa, an intimate first-floor studio apartment and a charming separate cottage for two. From the marbled flooring and contemporary furnishings to the exposed stone walls, high beamed ceilings and excellent use of natural light, every element of the interiors blends modern opulence with traditional Tuscan styling, offering indulgence without detracting from comfort.
Outside, the pool area feels like a film set, with beautifully manicured lawns, colourful flowers, and several shaded outdoor terraced areas – you’ll be able to take your pick of these for lazing with a book, cooking and dining al fresco, or simply socialising with your fellow travellers. The parasols that shade the comfortable sun loungers match the bright aqua blue of the large swimming pool, and the wooden and stone decked area boasts uninterrupted panoramas of the hillsides, vineyards and olive groves stretching below. Thinking of stretching your legs? It’s an easy jaunt to the nearby towns of Sovicille or Rosia, and the medieval city of Siena.

Villa location
In the area around the villa there are several good restaurants, the nearest good one is Nonno Giulio, about 2km away.

The villa was ideal for our party of 12. and thelarge swimming pool meant that we didn't have to travel around alot and had lots of fun playing games in it. The large grounds meant that we were in a secluded position and lots of room to stroll around. The covered area outside was where we ate most of our meals, keeping us cool at the same time.
The only negative was the intial check-in , when Giacomo had to hurry away and we only discovered the villa instructions on our last day.Being August most of the main towns, such as Siena and san Gimignano were hardly accessible due to crowds, and parking was very difficult. We did enjoy the the Restaurante La Compagnia in Sovicille but mostly enjoyed eating at the villa, particularly the BBQ. We went on 2 wine tastings, one arranged by our son who is the hotel trade, so was free. The vineyard opposite was too expensive.
