Villa Colle di Sotto is a beautiful holiday home set on a gentle hill with sweeping panoramic views across the plains of the river Arno. It is the perfect choice for a relaxing holiday with family and friends, offering plenty of space both for privacy and for time spent together.

Just 5 kilometres away lies Montelupo Fiorentino with shops and restaurants. Situated on the banks of the Arno, the town has been renowned for its ceramics since the Middle Ages. Visitors can explore this tradition at the ceramics museum or during the international ceramics festival held every June. Nearby, Empoli is famous for its master glassmakers. Florence is only 29 kilometres away, best reached by train from Montelupo Fiorentino or Empoli. Pisa, Volterra, San Gimignano and the Tuscan coast also make perfect destinations for day trips.

The holiday home has been partly rendered and painted in a warm earthy pink, with natural stone left exposed at the back of the building. Just a few steps away lies the pool. A spacious covered terrace invites you to dine outdoors, while the extensive grounds are surrounded by olive groves.

Inside, the holiday home is divided into two apartments, each with a private entrance but connected by internal doors. Terracotta floors and beamed ceilings preserve authentic Tuscan character. On the ground floor, bright colours create a lively and welcoming atmosphere, while the upper floor features softer tones for a calmer feel. Comfortable furnishings and many carefully chosen details complete the interior.

Next door there is another holiday home, separated by its own gates and a hedge to ensure maximum privacy.
