With 3 charming bedrooms, generous comfortable reception rooms, three covered and perfectly furnished terraces, and a substantial beautiful private pool, it easily absorbs groups of up to 6 people.

While the poolside with a covered Jacuzzi and outdoor dining table, under a flower-scented pergola, are sure to be favourite spots for the whole party, the villa is also dotted with comfy sofas and smaller tables that will create memorable chilled-out moments for individual members of the group. You will happily spend plenty of time here. When you do venture out, there is much to enjoy close to hand, whether you head into the wine-producing Chianti heartland, with its popular hilltop villages such as Gaiole and Castellina, or turn towards the dazzling cultural treasures of Arezzo, Siena and Florence. 

It is possible to book a massage and health treatments in advance for additional costs. The owners produce a selection of red/white wines, prosecco and olive oil which are available for guests to purchase on site. The owner can also provide breakfast and dinner in the villa on request.
