Poderone is a small, welcoming hamlet set amidst the open, rolling countryside of the Alta Maremma in south-western Tuscany. This lesser-known region lies away from the classic tourist routes and remains refreshingly unspoilt, preserving its authentic character and traditional way of life. The surrounding landscape is shaped by picturesque hilltop villages and rich natural surroundings, home to flora and fauna that are in parts rare and unique to the Maremma.
