Nespola rises in a dominant position on the top of a small promontory in the hamlet Poderone. This pretty villa overlooks the hamlet and from the terrace is visible the pool that lays about 50 mts from it. The villa has the traditional Tuscan terra cotta flooring and wooden beamed ceiling.

The private loggia is fully furnished with a stone barbecue and a table with four comfortable chairs. This side of the villa is ideal to enjoy the best of the outdoors and to dine al fresco. There is a door from the lounge to the loggia. Nespola has external natural stone walls and a garden all around it.

Entering the lounge from the loggia there is, on the left hand side, a dining area with a table that seats four and a modern fully furnished kitchen.

On the opposite corner there is a sofa and an armchair next to the fireplace and a flat screen TV. On this side there is a very large window that provides the living room with a lot of light and a view towards the pool.

The lounge with its pretty view and fireplace is a perfect setting to relax inside the cottage during the cooler Tuscan evenings.

The modern kitchen, with a window above the workspace, includes a large fridge/freezer, stove with gas hobs, oven and a dishwasher. There is a large useful worktable in this room.

On the ground floor there is a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. This bedroom has a small terrace with direct access to the garden. The villa has air-conditioning in every bedroom. A storeroom on the ground floor is equipped with a washer/dryer, ironing board and iron.

Next to the lounge a staircase leads to the first floor where there is a spacious bedroom with the traditional Tuscan wooden beamed ceiling and a second tastefully furnished bathroom with tub.

The ground floor bedroom can be made into a twin on request. If you do not request this when booking it will be a double.

Nespola is ideal for two couples as it provides one bedroom and bathroom for each floor. The air-conditioning is included in the price.
The house is not configured to accommodate children, and therefore, the owners ask that no children under 3 years old be booked in to the property.
