There are 2 outside terraces, from which you can admire the uninterrupted views. Sangiovese also has a large hidden private garden with a shaded pergola that is ideal for relaxing outdoor meals. From the garden the pool is a short walk away.

You enter the house into a huge spacious and light room that is paved with glazed terracotta tiles and has a high ceiling of wooden beams and terracotta tiles. These typical tiles and characteristic ceiling are found throughout the house.

Directly in front of you a large 8 place wood dining table. Behind the table there is a fully fitted kitchen with black marble counter tops and views over the garden and of the Chianti hills beyond.

To the right of the room there is a comfortable lounge with a stunning view of the vineyards that slope away into the valley. The lounge is graced by a big typical Tuscan fireplace.

On the left of the main room there is a short flight of steps that takes you into the spacious and airy master bedroom. The room is furnished with a king size bed. Off the room there is a large bathroom with his and hers basins, a glass enclosed shower and a bathtub.

From the master bedroom there are wooden stairs that lead up to a walkway that over looks the master bedroom. Here there is a low roofed WC and a sitting room with sofa bed and fireplace. Off this room there is a large terrace with good views.

To the right of the entrance into the main room there are stairs which lead into a corridor off which there is a twin bedroom with views of the vineyard. A second double bedroom is also accessed from the corridor; from this room there are doors that lead into the garden. At the end of the corridor there is a bathroom with shower, and laundry facilities.
