Casa Campodonico 10 is a spacious and welcoming holiday home set in a peaceful location between Florence and Arezzo, surrounded by vineyards and olive groves belonging to the owner’s family. Guests will enjoy the tranquillity, generous space, and authentic Tuscan atmosphere of this special place. Just nearby are the striking Balze rock formations, a unique landscape that fascinated Leonardo da Vinci so much he included them in the background of the Mona Lisa.

With its thoughtful layout and extensive garden, Casa Campodonico 10 is ideal for families or groups of friends looking for a relaxing holiday. The medieval village of Loro Ciuffenna, considered one of Italy’s most beautiful, invites visitors to stroll its Romanesque bridge and admire the frescoes in the church of Santa Maria Assunta. Shops and restaurants are available both here and in nearby Terranuova Bracciolini. A charming spot within walking distance is the Osteria Il Canto del Maggio, just 25 minutes on foot, known for serving regional cuisine in an authentic setting. A personal recommendation from the friendly owners is the Osteria de l’Acquolina, beautifully located about 10 kilometres from the house. The larger town of Montevarchi, with supermarkets and a train station offering direct connections to Florence, is only a short drive away.

The pale yellow villa with grey shutters stands in large, well-kept garden with old trees, vineyards, and olive groves. The main terrace with pergola leads directly from the dining room, while a second, smaller terrace offers more outdoor space. The private pool is located close the house in a serene setting amongst olive groves and vineyards.

Inside, you’ll find light-filled, tastefully furnished rooms with terracotta floors, wooden beamed ceilings and soft pastel tones. Large windows provide plenty of natural light and create a warm, relaxed atmosphere, perfect for families or groups of friends.
