Il Papavero (meest dichtbije restaurant bij de villa en niet te missen) Doe zeker een tasting met lunch (klaargemaakt door la mama op het wijnhuis zelf ) we hebben een fietstour gedaan (Eroica korte versie ) langs Strade Bianchi ,fietsen gehuurd in Gaiole zelf (topwinkel) prachtige dorpjes : Vertine , Volpaia, de abdij van Coltibueno, , vanuit de villa kun je ook vertrelken voor mooie wat uitdagende wandelingen

Casanova di Bricciano was amazing! The family who owns the villa is so extremely kind! They really want to help you with everything!
Big tip is the wine tasting you can do, wines are amazing and the food with it is very nice! Oh and the honey is so incredibly nice!!

Really good restaurant nearby is la Voglia Osteria. And really nice little town is Rafa in Chianti!

Wonderful villa with pool in Tuscan hills. Absolutely perfect for our 3 adult couples. Modern en-suite bedrooms, rustic kitchen but charming. Wine tasting well worth it next door and owners are charming. One of the best villas we have stayed in. Pool area fabulous

We had a fantastic week with adult children and cohabitants at this charming winery. A wonderfully generous host family who ran the place did everything to make us feel comfortable. They were “imperceptibly” present with pool cleaning and quick to respond to everything. Nice to have a chat with. We enjoyed the large terrace, the pool and boccia court, the beautiful bedding, modern bathrooms and the very well-equipped kitchen. The house was spacious and beautiful, and had everything. It was like being at home. Could not have been better. Obviously the interior was well thought out, with many nice details. Thank you so much for us! Recommend wine tasting and tour!

We discovered an amazing place with a view and a magical scenery typical of Tuscany. The hosts Andrea and Fabio are very welcoming and available, and the house was spotless and identical to the photos. It's more than a 5-star rating! We are passionate about renting by Airbnb, and it was the most beautiful place we've known, a favorite! We were also able to enjoy a wine tasting at their family vineyard, and it was a very beautiful and rewarding experience. We had a memorable time in Tuscany and it's a lot because of this rental. Plus, there's a small village nearby, and we've discovered some delicious restaurants. This villa is also near Florence and Siena. We would highly recommend this place.

Beautiful Villa, with lots of space for 3 couples if needed. Amazing views over the valley.
Not far drive from town to get supplies or to eat out at local restaurants.
Lots of Chianti hills to wind your way through.
Definitely need a car. Fabio and Andrea were very easy to communicate with and helpful.

This is a stunning location with a phenomenal view and a lot of green space all around. Andrea and his family are so warm and welcoming. His brother Fabio, their mom, you can see that the whole family is super warm and fully active in their wine and olive oil business, always moving around doing stuff. They have 50+ hens with 4-5 roosters on the property, which also gives it a nice vibe with the morning crow. We stayed here for about a week during Ultra Trail Chianti Castles by UTMB in March. The house is literally on the 120 course at about halfway and before the Gaiole aid station. We were able to stop and kiss and hug our daughter for a few minutes which was epic. I would highly recommend this property if you're doing the race or if you want to be on the trails. Overall its a great home. BTW the tratorria I' Galletto Briaco in Gaiole is really good.

Die Villa Casanova di Bricciano liegt traumhaft mitten in Weinbergen und Olivenhainen. Wir wurden von Andrea herzlich begrüßt und wir haben uns sofort im Haus wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die drei Schlafzimmer mit Bad ensuite sind großzügig und gut eingerichtet. Besonders hervorgehoben werden muss die gut ausgestattete Küche, die auch alle Wünsche eines Hobbykochs erfüllt. Auf der Terasse und am Pool hat man den ganzen Tag Sonne. Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen.

Heel leuke tijd beleefd. De eigenaars zijn super vriendelijk. Leuk ook om aan het wijndomein zelf te zitten. Hebben een korte winetasting gekregen.
Het uitzicht is adembenemend. Het huis zelf is voorzien van alle comfort. Propere kamers. Alles was nog gloednieuw, wat wel zeer aangenaam was.
Een klein minpuntje misschien voor ons gezien de tijd van het jaar was dat het zwembad niet verwarmd was, dus bij 24graden is het water ijskoud. Verder zeker niets aan te merken aan ons verblijf.
Er moet wel rekening gehouden worden met feit dat het steeds 15min rijden is naar kortste dorpje.

Restaurants in Gaiole zeer leuk allemaal, leuk stadje.

We really enjoyed our stay at Casanova Di Bricciano! On arrival we received a very warm welcome from the family and a smooth and helpful check- in to the house.

On our first evening we enjoyed a really delicious dinner prepared by the family with a wine tasting which was a real highlight of our holiday! (As we were arriving later on a Sunday evening, this was arranged in advance.)

The house is very clean and well appointed. The terrace is a great place to enjoy a glass of wine and appreciate the spectacular views of hills, vineyards and olive groves.

The terrace with the pool is a lovely area to relax and swim with peaceful surroundings and a beautiful view.

A very enjoyable holiday at Casanova Di Bricciano!
