Casanova di Bricciano, Gaiole in Chianti - Siena and Chianti
Set on the grounds of a family-run organic winery, this stone-built villa offers a harmonious blend of Tuscan charm and modern comfort. Positioned above a tiny hamlet in the rolling Chianti hills, it enjoys panoramic views over vineyards, olive groves and forested slopes. With a spacious interior and generous outdoor areas, the villa is ideal for a memorable stay with family or friends.
Just 1 km away is the excellent local restaurant Il Papavero, while the lively town of Gaiole in Chianti is a short drive away and offers shops, restaurants, bike rentals and a COOP supermarket. The property is part of a working winery, with the opportunity to visit other nearby estates including the historic Castello di Brolio. The hilltop town of Radda in Chianti and the medieval village of Volpaia are close by, while Siena, Florence, Arezzo and San Gimignano are within easy reach for day trips.
Three south-facing terraces are set on different levels of the landscaped garden, each offering its own charm. The upper terrace by the kitchen features an inviting al fresco dining area. The middle terrace offers a Boccia green for relaxed entertainment, and the lower terrace leads to a private pool surrounded by beautifully maintained gardens.
Inside, the villa features a calm, neutral décor, modern bathrooms and a stylish mix of contemporary and antique furnishings designed for comfort and relaxation.
Guests can enjoy optional wine tastings and Tuscan meals hosted by the welcoming owners on the covered winery terrace. This offers a memorable way to experience local life and the wines produced just next door.

Villa location
Guest reviews: Casanova di Bricciano
The villa was stunning! Equiped with everything you would have in your own home. The decor and attention to detail was beautiful. The location was also stunning with the most amazing views over Tuscan hills and distant mountains.
The owners were friendly, kind and made us feel very welcome. For anyone with mobility issues or not a confident driver I would ask more questions. There were lots of lovely cafes and restaurants in the local town of Gaiole in Chianti. Excellent homemade meals in Trattoria Galletto Briaco and the most amazing take away pizzas from Pizza It Ciamparini Corrado. We drove around locally and the whole region is beautiful. Siena is stunning but very busy. A most memorable holiday with great friends.
