Wir waren mit 8 Personen und einem kleinen Hund für 2 Wochen in der Casanovina und haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub verbracht. Wir wurden sehr herzlich von der Tochter des Hauses begrüsst. als Willkommensgeschenk standen eine kleine Fkasche Olivenöl (eigener Produktion) und eine Flasche Chianti für uns bereit.
Das Olivenöl ist von bester Qualität und ich habe schon viele probiert, aber das Öl von Fabrizio dem Hausherrn, ist hervorragend weshalb wir auch ein paar Liter gekauft haben.
Die Villa verfügt über alle Annehmlichkeiten die es benötigt um einen völlig entspannten Urlaub zu geniessen.
Hervorzuheben ist der tolle Garten mit dem grossen Pool der bis zu 2,2m tief und sehr erfrischend war. Selbst ein Kühlschrank, grosse Pergola, eine Tischtennisplatte und ausreichend Schattenplätze mit Sonnenschirme ;) war vorhanden.
Die Aussicht ist gigantisch und lies selbst die Siluette von Siena erahnen.
Wir genossen auch jeden Abend das laue Lüftchen welches oben am Haus mit der wunderschönen Pergola wehte.
Von der Villa aus konnte man in nur wenige Minuten in den Ort Castellina fahren oder in 20 Minuten zu Fuss erreichen. Auch Städte wie Florenz, Siena oder San Gimignano waren in 30 bis 45min zu erreichen.
Wir möchten uns ganz herzlich bei Fabrizio für seine Gastfreundschaft bedanken, er hat uns vieles ermöglicht und seine liebenswerte und freundliche Art hat diesen Urlaub zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis gemacht.

Es gibt viele gute Restaurants in Castellina. Auch die Gelateria di Castellina ist sehr zu empfehlen.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful villa in Castellina in Chianti, booked through To Tuscany Airbnb. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The booking process was seamless and professional. Communication was clear and prompt, making the entire reservation experience stress-free. The villa itself is truly spectacular. Everything was immaculately clean upon arrival, and the property is exceptionally well-equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail is evident throughout. The gardens are simply breathtaking - beautifully maintained and providing a perfect setting for relaxation. The pool area is the real highlight though - absolutely fantastic for unwinding with stunning panoramic views stretching across the Tuscan countryside. You could easily spend entire days just enjoying this incredible outdoor space.

Een Hemelse Oase in de Toscaanse Heuvels

Fantastische Locatie en Adembenemend Uitzicht:
Casanovina ligt op een heuveltop, omringd door glooiende wijngaarden en olijfgaarden. Het panoramische uitzicht op de Chianti-streek is simpelweg verbluffend. Bij zonsopgang en zonsondergang voelde ik me alsof ik in een schilderij was beland.

Het Zwembad:
Een Oase van Rust: Het grote zwembad is een waar genot. Omringd door groen en met uitzicht op de heuvels, bood het de perfecte plek om te ontspannen en af te koelen na een dagje sightseeing. De ping-pong tafel boodt geregeld de nodige ontspanning.

Gezellig Stadje Binnen Handbereik:
Op slechts 5 minuten rijden met de auto bevindt zich het charmante stadje Castellina in Chianti. Hier vind je gezellige cafés, lokale winkels en restaurants waar je kunt genieten van heerlijke Toscaanse gerechten.

Hartelijke Ontvangst:
De gastheer en zijn dochter begroetten ons met warmte en gastvrijheid. Ze gaven ons waardevolle tips over de omgeving en zorgden ervoor dat we ons meteen thuis voelden.

Ideale Ligging:
Casanovina ligt strategisch tussen Siena en Florence, waardoor het een perfecte uitvalsbasis is voor dagtochten. Ook het nabijgelegen San Gimignano is een bezoek waard.

Eerlijk gezegd hebben we geen enkel minpunt kunnen ontdekken tijdens ons verblijf. Alles was gewoon perfect.

Vakantiehuis was prima. Mooie ligging en de faciliteiten waren voldoende privé. Uit de beschrijving bleek niet dat het vakantiehuis ook bewoond wordt door derden. Door aankomst en vertrek (in de vroege uurtjes) ontstond wel enig burengerucht.

Pool und Aussicht top! Keine Frage. Kinder müssen schwimmen können!!! Es handelt sich um 2 separate Wohnungen/Häuser. Auf dem Grundstück wohnen auch noch andere, war bisschen ungewohnt, nicht störend.
Im Haupthaus sollte die untere Dusche mal kontrolliert werden, da hier nur wenig Wasser kommt, riecht im Hause auch nach kaltem Rauch vom Kamin. Der Eigentümer ist sehr freundlich und Francesco auch.
Fliegengitter vor allen Schlafzimmern wären extrem hilfreich. Bitte auch mehr Trinkgläser für bis zu 8 Personen, ist auch noch einen Empfehlung.

Zum Ort kann man laufen oder fahren, Einkaufen im Coop im Ort oder Metzger, Bäcker. Von ist Florenz gut zu erreichen, auch Siena. Früh losfahren wegen Parkplatz.
