Giunchette Meri is a former barn that has been thoughtfully converted into a charming and comfortable holiday home. Surrounded by a lush garden with lawns and mature trees, it is a wonderful retreat for a small family seeking peace, nature and the essence of Tuscany.

The villa is just one kilometre from the small town of Cavriglia, where you’ll find restaurants and a small Coop supermarket for your daily needs. Outside the town lies the Malerba winery, known for its distinctive wines and high-quality olive oil, and offering engaging tastings. The town of Montevarchi is less than 15 minutes away by car, with large supermarkets and a train station offering direct connections to Florence -  perfect for a relaxed day trip. The Chianti area, as well as Arezzo, Siena and Cortona, are also within easy reach and make for memorable excursions.

Built from traditional brick, the house retains much of its original charm. The spacious terrace, shaded by climbing vines, is an ideal spot for al fresco meals. The well-kept pool is perfect for cooling off and unwinding on warm days.

Inside, the atmosphere is warm and inviting. Colourful walls, carefully chosen accessories and personal touches add character to each room. The bright living room, with exposed stone and brick walls and floor-to-ceiling windows on three sides, is a particularly lovely place to relax and feel at home.
