Here, the classic Chianti landscape reveals itself at its most beautiful. Carefully restored, this traditional stone villa is the perfect choice for a relaxing holiday with family or friends.
Situated in the heart of Chianti Classico, Il Trebbio is ideally placed for exploring the surrounding area. The nearby village of Gaiole in Chianti offers good restaurants, shops and a small COOP supermarket. Many wineries in the area welcome visitors for tastings and guided tours. The cultural cities of Siena, San Gimignano, Florence and Arezzo are perfect for day trips.
The house features a covered terrace with a dining table, ideal for enjoying meals outdoors, as well as a spacious sun terrace offering the perfect spot to relax and take in the views. The large pool, surrounded by countryside, provides a refreshing retreat on warm summer days.
Inside, the house combines traditional Tuscan features with modern design. Terracotta floors, wooden beam ceilings and exposed stone walls create an authentic atmosphere, complemented by bright colours and contemporary furnishings.

Mooi gerenoveerd huis met een zalig uitzicht vanop je ruim en goed uitgerust terras.
Alles is aanwezig om te genieten van de zon en toch ook schaduwrijke plekjes op het terras.
Heel ruim en groot zwembad, wel opletten met kindjes want overal is het even diep, er is geen ondiep gedeelte.
Het huis zelf is zeer koel, keuken is goed uitgerust met alle apparaten (behalve microgolfoven), de kamers zijn zeer ruim en genoeg ruimte voor iedereen in de living.
Hou zeker rekening met de hobbelige steile weg naar het huis toe. Een degelijke en stevige wagen is zeker aangeraden.
Je wordt ontvangen door de vriendelijke Engelssprekende Julia. Ze geeft alle info die nodig is en heel de week beschikbaar bij vragen.De kleine dorpjes in de streek zijn zalig om in rond te slenteren met leuke terrasjes om even uit te rusten Siena was zeker de moeite om naartoe te gaan.
