Casa Padronale at La Rimessa, Montaione - Florence and Chianti
Dominant sitting on an open ridge, the fifty acres resort, La Rimessa, was a dream realised by Luciano Spalletti, top flight football manager notably for Roma, Inter Milan, Napoli and Italy's national team. The sun soaked pool area over looks the Valdera countryside's rolling hills to Pisa in the West and across Montaione to the Apennines to the East. La Rimessa's stone farmhouses are restored into five stylish fitted holiday cottages, each with their own external dining terraces while the farmland is given to vines, olive groves and forest.
During an evening stroll by the resort lake, as the spectacular sunset begins, you may well plot some day trips to the cultural delights of Pisa, Siena and Florence all 60 Km away, to the thermal baths of Gambassi 3.5 Km, or perhaps a 2.5 Km walk to Montaione for local delicacies and to sample one of its restaurants, bars/wine shops. You can get active at the resort too, there is a padel court, rental bikes, professional gym and acres of open exercise space. The onsite team are on hand for your every need including grill evenings on request. La Rimessa is created for enjoyment. Maybe it will inspire your dreams as it did for Luciano!

La villa CASA PADRONALE est intégré à un vaste domaine avec des activités et des cultures (Vignes et oliviers).
Les chambres sont spacieuses et equipées chacune d'une selle de bains. La salle à manger et le salon sont vastes et la très grande véranda chauffée est appréciable.
La villa est spacieuse, confortable et en très bon état. Le site est très facile d'accès avec les commodités assez proche (moins de 15 mn)
L'accueil est de qualité et le personnel est disponible pour répondre à nos attentes. Quelques bouteilles de vin et un peu d'huile d'olive sont offertes.
La situation géographique permet de rejoindre FLORENCE en à peine 1h de même que SIENNE. SAN GIMINIANO et de charmants petits village se trouve à 30/40 mn.
Andréa qui gère le domaine est disponible et réactif pour répondre aux différentes attentesLe village de CERTALDO est magnifique bien que peu connu. Le restaurant Il Castello (à la gare d'arrivée du funiculaire) est excellant. Vers EMPOLI, à VINCI exactement, la villa Dianella est exceptionnelle (hébergement de très bon goût et le restaurant est excellent). On peut également y acheter du vin (très bon Chianti) et de l'huile d'olive.
