Just a few minutes away by car is the small village of Moncioni, where you’ll find a grocery shop and a bar. The larger town of Montevarchi is only eight kilometres away and offers big supermarkets on the outskirts and direct trains to Florence, making it easy to visit the Renaissance city without stress. There are also several excellent restaurants nearby, including Osteria di Rendola, less than ten minutes away by car, serving authentic Tuscan cuisine. The Chianti region, Siena, Cortona, Montepulciano and the UNESCO-protected Val d’Orcia are all within easy reach for unforgettable day trips.

The two-storey villa is painted a soft shade of yellow with grey wooden shutters. French doors from the lounge lead to a covered terrace with a large dining table, the perfect place to enjoy meals outdoors while admiring the view, especially in the evening when the lights of Montevarchi sparkle in the distance. The garden is full of flowering plants in terracotta pots, and the private pool lies just a few steps from the house.
