Le Piaggiole is a beautiful country house in a very private setting, surrounded by olive groves, fields and vineyards. With its spacious, tastefully furnished interiors and elegant gardens, the villa offers a warm and welcoming retreat for families or groups of friends. The peaceful surroundings and generous outdoor areas create an atmosphere that invites everyone to settle in and unwind.

The village of Cavriglia is less than a ten-minute drive away and offers several restaurants as well as a small Coop supermarket. Close by lies the Malerba winery, known for producing distinctive wines and olive oil, with interesting tastings available. The larger town of Montevarchi can be reached in around fifteen minutes and features large supermarkets on the outskirts as well as a train station with direct services to Florence, making it especially easy to visit the Renaissance city. The towns and villages of the Chianti region are also within comfortable reach, while Arezzo, Siena and Cortona offer many rewarding options for memorable day trips.

The villa is painted in a warm sandy tone and fitted with dark green wooden shutters. A large loggia with a U-shaped sofa and a generous dining table forms one of the key outdoor spaces. On the opposite side of the building, a second spacious terrace offers another dining area and seating under a pergola, perfect for relaxed meals or simply enjoying the countryside views. The well-kept gardens with lawns and colourful flowerbeds are beautifully lit at night. A highlight of the outdoor area is the pool with hydromassage waterfall, an additional terrace and a hot tub.

Inside, the two-storey country house has the feel of a classic Tuscan home, with wooden beamed ceilings and terracotta floors. The rooms are furnished in a cosy style, some with antique pieces. The dining room features large windows overlooking the garden, while the individually designed bedrooms each have their own distinctive decorative wall design.
