Just 3 km away lies Panzano in Chianti, a lively village renowned for its culinary traditions, wines and artisan culture. Here guests will find the famous butcher Dario Cecchini with his traditional shop and celebrated restaurant Officina della Bistecca. On Sunday mornings the town hosts a vibrant market with fresh local produce. Other well-known Chianti towns such as Radda, Gaiole and Volpaia are also within easy reach. Florence, Siena and San Gimignano are all ideal destinations for day trips.
The villa enjoys a peaceful hillside location, surrounded by olive groves and Sangiovese vineyards. The natural stone property features an inviting loggia with seating and a terrace shaded by a pergola of vines, providing the perfect spot for alfresco dining with breathtaking views. The well-kept gardens with lawns surround the house, while just below it lies the generously sized private pool.

wir hatten schon mehrere Häuser in der Toscana aber dieses war eindeutig das schönste.Für zwei Personen
natürlich sehr groß aber sehr schön. Der Ausblick war viel schöner als auf den Bildern. Besonders die
vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten sind hervorzuheben. Roman war ein sehr guter Verwalter der uns das kleine Weingut gut
näher gebracht hat. Von der
Weinverkostung und den vielen zu dieser Zeit reifen Feigen waren wir sehr beeindruckt.
Die umliegenden Dörfer sowie Florenz und Siena kannten wir zwar schon, sind aber immer wieder gut anzusehen.
Einziger Minuspunkt ist eindeutig die Zufahrt zum Grundstück. Wir hatten zwar das richtige Fahrzeug, aber aus
der Hausbeschreibung müsste hervorgehen, dass für tiefergelegte Fahrzeuge eine Anfahrt NICHT möglich ist.
à Castellina in chianti qui est très jolie, restaurant" sotto le volte" (sous les arcades à l'ombre et un peu en dehors du circuit)
Volterra à 1H de route (pour moi la plus belle)
San Gimignano (trop touristique mais très jolie)
Bien sûr Sienne incontournable et merveilleuse
Firenze qui regorge d'œuvres d'art
Monteriggioni toute petite mais charmante
Le fameux boucher Dario avec ses viandes importées d'Espagne et son savoir faire pratique des prix trop élevés comparés au prix de la viande indigène qui est au moins tout aussi bonne élevée en Toscane.
