Poggio Landi is a truly special villa in a stunning hillside setting, surrounded by the peaceful beauty of the Tuscan countryside. Framed by olive groves and rolling hills, this spacious holiday home is perfect for a relaxing break with family or friends and offers a wonderful setting to celebrate a special occasion. The history of the house adds a personal and touching note. It was built in 1820 by a Russian family in honour of their son's safe return from war.

The nearby village of Ambra is about a 15-minute drive away and offers a small selection of shops and restaurants. A wider range of amenities can be found in Bucine, around 18 kilometres away. Just 3.5 kilometres from the house is the restaurant La Casina del Conte, where the owner cooks for a small number of guests in an intimate, private setting. A reservation is required. For unforgettable day trips, you’ll find plenty of inspiration. The cultural treasures of Siena, Arezzo, Cortona, Lake Trasimeno and the UNESCO-listed Val d’Orcia are all within easy reach, as are the charming towns and villages of the Chianti region.

The extensive outdoor area offers plenty of space to relax and enjoy the surroundings. There is a shaded loggia with comfortable sofas, a stone table beneath a pergola draped in greenery, a lovingly tended garden and a thatched-roof gazebo. The large private pool offers a refreshing retreat, while the tennis court, bocce pitch and table tennis provide fun for all ages.

Inside, Poggio Landi blends traditional Tuscan architecture with refined modern comfort. The natural stone walls, terracotta floors and wooden ceiling beams create a warm and authentic feel, complemented by high-quality furnishings and elegant details throughout. A fully equipped gym in a separate building completes the experience.
