A barbecue makes the covered terrace the ideal spot for outdoor dining, and the Rattan armchairs offer another light touch. Explore the garden and spacious lawns and you will soon come across the sparkling private pool, where two pergolas provide shade from the sun. Aside from venturing out to the nearby towns, your party can make use of the villa's mountain bikes, or simply play ping-pongor table football in the garden Capanna.

Wir sind zu neunt angereist und hatten eine tolle Zeit in Poggio Lungo und möchten auch noch einmal kommen. Das Haus ist noch einmal viel Größer als es auf den Bildern rüberkommt und das gesamte Grundstück ist extrem gepflegt und auch der Pool wurde regelmäßig gereinigt.
Begeistert haben uns auch die vielen kleinen und großen Terassen und Rückzugsorte die der Ort bietet und die es einem ermöglichen sich auch mit einer großen Gruppe einmal zurückzuziehen. Der Pool ist auch wirklich groß und bietet neben einem tieferen Bereich auch eine Ecke mit Whirlpool.
Wir haben uns außerdem einen Abend von der Köchin Laura bekochen lassen, auch das können wir weiterempfehlen!
Die Kommunikation mit den Besitzern war für uns aufgrund der sprachlichen Barriere etwas schwieriger, sie haben sich aber wirklich extrem Mühe gegeben und mit den diversen Übersetzungs-Apps war das auch kein Problem.
Die Küche wurde in verschiedenen anderen Bewertungen ja bereits erwähnt, für uns war die Ausstattung gut, die ein oder andere Pfanne hat aber schon seine besten Zeiten hinter sich.
Geärgert hat uns etwas das wir uns selbst sowohl um Müllsäcke als auch um Spülmaschinentaps kümmern mussten, das ist aber wirklich das einzigste.
Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und können das Haus wirklich von Herzen weiterempfehlen.Die Besitzer haben uns nach Anfrage eine große Liste mit den unterschiedlichsten Restaurants zugeschickt, diese können wir gerne weiterempfehlen. Wir haben außerdem die folgenden Orte besucht: Sienna, Florenz, Pienza, Arezzo, Montepulchiano, San Gimigiano und die heißen Quellen bei San Filippo. Was uns extrem Spaß gemacht hat war außerdem eine Weinverkostung im Castello Montozzi.
