Val di Prulli is a charming holiday apartment set on a small rural estate with a few other villas, surrounded by the peaceful Tuscan countryside. It is a wonderful choice for couples wishing to explore this part of Tuscany while enjoying a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The tranquil setting makes Val di Prulli an ideal retreat away from everyday life.

A particular highlight is the shared swimming pool, located on a lower level of the well-kept gardens. On warm summer days it provides welcome refreshment and offers beautiful panoramic views across the Valdarno.

The village of Cavriglia can be reached in around five minutes by car and offers several restaurants as well as a small Coop supermarket. Nearby lies the Malerba winery, known for producing distinctive wines and olive oil, with tastings available. The larger town of Montevarchi is about 15 minutes away and features large supermarkets on the outskirts and a railway station with direct trains to Florence, making visits to the Renaissance city especially easy. The towns and villages of the Chianti region are also within comfortable reach, while Arezzo, Siena and Cortona offer excellent options for memorable day trips.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a traditional two-storey Tuscan farmhouse. A small covered terrace with table and chairs is ideal for al fresco meals. Inside, the Tuscan character continues with terracotta floors and wooden and terracotta-tiled ceilings. The rooms have been carefully restored and furnished to create a warm, homely atmosphere.

The friendly owners live in the main house and are happy to assist with questions and local recommendations, while always respecting guests’ privacy.
