Beautiful setting and lovely villa. A little quirky floor plan with access to the dining patio going through the master bedroom and upstairs, but overall this was an amazing stay. The villa was tastefully remodeled and had a well-stocked modern kitchen with all you need. The views were absolutely stunning! We hung out at the pool several afternoons and just enjoyed the quiet and the views of rolling hills and vineyards in every direction. A few jumped into the pool - not me, too cold :]
It is a ways out there on a dirt road, but well worth the trek if you are looking for a peaceful stay. And driving into Lecchi for cappuccinos and pastries most mornings was a real treat. The folks in town were wonderful. Malborghetto's an experience in itself - loved Simone!! And the food was delicious, ambiance wonderful.
We were three couples in our 50s and 60s and all enjoyed every second of our stay. Hope to make it back again one day.Malborghetto's for cooking classes and dinner and Rinaldi's for morning cappuccinos and pastries!
