As the name suggests, Villa Bellavista offers breathtaking panoramic views across the Tuscan hills, including the famous medieval towers of San Gimignano. With its spacious layout and generous outdoor areas, this villa is the perfect retreat for an unforgettable holiday with family or friends.
The property is set in a quiet rural location, just a few kilometres from the charming hilltop town of Certaldo. Here, guests will find shops, inviting restaurants, and numerous historical buildings. San Gimignano can be reached in just 30 minutes. Its historic centre is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, but the town is also known for Vernaccia white wine and the award-winning Gelateria Dondoli. Florence, Siena, Volterra and Pisa also make excellent day trip destinations.
The terracotta-painted villa is surrounded by large gardens offering many lovely spots to dine outdoors or simply relax. A furnished loggia, two spacious panoramic terraces and further seating areas are scattered throughout the grounds. The 17-metre pool lies just below the villa and offers stunning views, whilst a jacuzzi provides additional comfort.
Inside, the two-storey villa has been lovingly restored. High wooden-beamed ceilings, terracotta floors and large fireplaces create an authentic Tuscan atmosphere. The interior combines high-quality contemporary furnishings with selected antique pieces to create an elegant yet welcoming ambience.

Lage und Ausstattung der Villa sind schlicht und einfach unübertrefflich. Ein Juwel in der an schönen Ferienhäusern ohnehin reichen Toskana. Der Infinity Pool ist wunderbar gelegen und sauber. Die zahlreichen Außen Plätze gewähren Privatheit und Ruhe. Die Küche ist groß und gut ausgestattet, die Zimmer sind alle schön möbliert und komfortabel. Ein extra Lob an die herzlichen Gastgeber Cinzia und Stefano!Cortado Alto ist einen Besuch wert. Vor allem aber empfehle ich, bei den Gastgebern einen Koch zu mieten und sich auf der wunderbaren Terrasse der Villa ein Abendessen servieren zu lassen!
