Villa di Capannole 12 is an elegant and spacious holiday home located in a small hamlet in the Val d’Ambra, on the eastern edge of the Chianti region. Surrounded by a beautifully maintained garden and offering generous space across two separate buildings, it is ideal for a relaxing stay with family or friends, with comfort, tranquillity and Tuscan charm at its heart.

The nearby town of Bucine is just a short drive away and offers restaurants and a small supermarket. Montevarchi can be reached in around 20 minutes, with large shopping facilities and a train station with direct connections to Florence, ideal for easy day trips. Excursions to Arezzo, Siena, Cortona, the Chianti area or the Val d’Orcia are perfect for unforgettable experiences.

The two buildings are constructed of natural stone, and the main accommodation features a pergola on two sides, offering pleasant shaded seating. In the middle of the well-kept garden lies the large pool. At one end, a covered pavilion with sofa and armchairs invites guests to relax, while at the other end a terrace with a large dining table sits under a jasmine-covered pergola. Behind it, there is a small playhouse for children. There is also a hot tub conveniently located in a separate garden pavilion, so it can be used in any weather.

Inside, both buildings are stylish and well maintained. Spacious rooms, traditional wooden beamed ceilings, terracotta floors and partially exposed stone walls combine with soft pastel tones and comfortable furnishings to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. A small sauna and a hydromassage bathtub provide added comfort.

Massage and wellness treatments can be arranged in advance at an additional cost. The owners produce red and white wines, prosecco and olive oil, which are available to purchase on site.
