Terranuova Bracciolini, with its shops and restaurants, is just a ten-minute walk away. The larger town of Montevarchi, with supermarkets and the Montevarchi Terranuova train station, is only 5 km away. From here, direct trains run to Florence, a convenient and stress-free way to visit the Renaissance city. The towns and wineries of the Chianti Classico are easy to reach, and day trips to Siena, Arezzo, Cortona, the charming Lake Trasimeno or the UNESCO World Heritage Val d’Orcia offer unforgettable cultural and scenic experiences.

The villa’s exterior is painted in a soft beige tone and framed by lawns and olive trees. Two large pergolas invite you to relax, one furnished with sofas, the other with a large dining table, perfect for al fresco meals. A stylish loggia offers additional outdoor living space. The pool provides refreshment, while the hot tub offers relaxation.

Inside, the villa impresses with an elegant yet warm atmosphere. The ground floor opens into a spacious living and dining area, characterised by stone archways and a striking fireplace. At the back of the property is a smaller house where the friendly owners live. They are available for assistance and local recommendations, but always respect the guests’ privacy.
