The famous spa towns of Montecatini Terme and Monsummano Terme, as well as Florence, Pisa and San Gimignano, are all within easy reach for day trips.

Built from natural stone, the house is surrounded by open gardens dotted with olive trees. The pool sits in a peaceful and secluded spot, offering the perfect place to relax while enjoying the view of the hills. Next to it, an open cabana with a built-in barbecue and pizza oven provides an ideal setting for long summer evenings under the Tuscan sky.

Inside, the house welcomes guests with classic Tuscan style. Terracotta floors, exposed wooden beams and carefully chosen furnishings create a warm and authentic atmosphere. The living and dining areas open directly onto the terraces, allowing for a seamless indoor-outdoor lifestyle. A highlight is the traditional plastered Limonaia, once used to store lemon trees in winter, now transformed into a second dining room filled with light, history and Tuscan charm.
