Il Fienile at Borgo di Matraia, Matraia - Capannori - Lucca and Viareggio

Borgo di Matraia is a wonderful rustic estate situated high on a hillside.  From this vantage point guests can enjoy stunning, panoramic views of Lucca and the surrounding hills and countryside. The town of Matraia is only 1.5km away and is within walking distance. Access to the sparkling swimming pool is down a flight of stone steps a few metres from the rental villas. The pool terrace is situated in the lower garden and offers some breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding countryside, distant mountains and hillside villages.

The small estate comprises of the two rental villas and the owners house. Il Forno is attached to the owners residence on one side, while Il Fienile is an independent building. Both villas offer wonderful terraces with beautiful views.
