Ideal for multiple families or a group of friends, this traditional stone farmhouse offers a large private pool, a beautiful garden with mature trees, and plenty of space to relax and enjoy time together. There is also table tennis, billiards and table football for guests of all ages.
The villa is just 9 km from Montalcino, home of the renowned Brunello wine, and within easy reach of Montepulciano, where the celebrated Vino Nobile is produced. Wine lovers will enjoy visiting the many local wineries, while those looking to unwind can head to the natural hot springs of Bagno Vignoni – the Parco dei Mulini allows visitors to bathe for free in the warm thermal waters. Siena, Arezzo and Lake Trasimeno are also all within reach for day trips.
In a peaceful rural setting, Casa Cerralta 14 enjoys far-reaching views of the surrounding vineyards and hills. The nearest village, Torrenieri, is just 5 km away and offers basic shops and a few restaurants, with more options available in nearby Montalcino.
The house is arranged over two floors around a large internal courtyard with several outdoor seating areas in both sun and shade. A covered dining table in the courtyard is perfect for shared meals, and a garden pavilion by the pool provides another inviting place to relax.
Inside, terracotta floors, wooden beam ceilings and comfortable furnishings create a warm, authentic Tuscan atmosphere.

Charming, rustic villa in a remote location. We enjoyed the outside space for eating and relaxing. The swimming pool was excellent, the water refreshing!
The kitchens were basic but adequate with a number of delicious meals served.
The pool table provided us with hours of entertainment as well as the table tennis and table football.
Various birds and hares were spotted close by. The lightening and thunder storms spectacular.We enjoyed visiting the local towns: Montacino, San Quirico d’Orcia (peaceful gardens), Pienza, Montepulciano. For coffee we enjoyed Bar Centrale in San Quirico and Caffe Fiaschetteria Italianate 188 in Montalcino For dinner Albergo Hotel II Giglio in Montalcino and for a special meal Trattoria Toscana Al Vecchio Forno
