Casa Grazia is a wonderful property ideally positioned to visit San Gimignano, Volterra and Florence. It is a group of 3 individually villas surrounded by a well maintained and completely fenced garden. The sparkling, shared pool is located in a sunny area of the garden. It is overlooked by one of the villas, while the others are a short distance away on a lower level of the garden. The gardens include a large sunny, flat area, ideal for ball games, and a pretty shady area with tall trees.

About the villa
Casina is a romantic little cottage on the edge of the property Casa Grazia, overlooking the well maintained forested area. This Tuscan villa is the smallest of the villas on the property. It is also the brightest with large glass windows all around providing plenty of light. The villa of Stalla is an immediate neighbour.
