Il Pratino di Solata sits in a beautiful hilltop location surrounded by nature, making it the perfect spot for a relaxing family holiday. From the house, guests enjoy open views of olive groves and wooded hills that stretch into the distance.

The charming village of Ambra is just 6 km away and offers a bakery, a small grocery store and a couple of restaurants. A little further lies Bucine, where you’ll find more shops and a well-stocked Coop supermarket. If you're looking for memorable day trips, Siena, Arezzo, Cortona, Lake Trasimeno and the UNESCO-listed Val d’Orcia are all excellent options.

Built from natural stone, the villa blends beautifully into the landscape. A spacious terrace with a pergola runs along the side of the house and is perfect for outdoor meals or simply enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The well-kept lawns around the house provide plenty of space for children to play freely and safely. There is also a second covered terrace in the garden and a pool set at the edge of the property offering stunning views of the hills. A stone-built barbecue and pizza oven add to the outdoor amenities.
