Access to the property is via a flight of stairs, located at the back of the property . The stairwell is glass topped which allows light to flood through the internal doors and windows into the apartments. The front door opens directly into the lounge/kitchen/diner with its handmade terracotta tiled flooring and traditional tiled and beamed high ceilings throughout.

The modern fully furnished kitchen is built along one wall and has an oven, gas hobs, fridge with freezer section and a dishwasher. The dark wooden dining table and chairs are also located at this end of the room.

The lounge area is comfortably furnished with two leather sofas and chairs, and has a flat screen TV with DVD and video player. There is a door to the furnished balcony which overlooks the hamlet and gardens. This is a great place for relaxing with a glass of the local wine.

To the right of the living area is a large bright airy bedroom with twin beds, large wardrobe and ensuite bathroom with shower.

The master bedroom is located to the left of the lounge area and has a kingsize bed, writing desk and chairs and a view over the hamlet and gardens. The bathroom with full size bath and hand held shower is located next door to the master bedroom.
