The price displayed are per villa.
Are linen and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
Yes linen and towels are provided and included in the price displayed. You must bring your own pool towels
Is the central heating included in the price?
Yes
Is there a swimming pool?
Yes, it is 6 x 12 meters and goes from 1.50 meters deep. It is open from May to September. Is there a telephone, fax, email connection available?
Yes there is a phone and email that you can use, you will be charged for use.
Are there local grocery stores?
Yes within 200meters there is a supermarket, or at a larger village 7km away
How far are the airports?
Florence 1hour50min, Pisa 1hour15min, Bologna 2hour15min, Rome 4hours20, Genoa 2hours.
When do I get road directions?
Directions are provided with your final confirmation, after full payment is received.
Where do I find the directions?
The directions can be found as a link on your final confirmation email. They can also be accessed by logging into your booking details using your useremail and password.
