The front door opens into a small lobby area, with stairs up to the first floor directly ahead. To the left a small flight of steps lead down to the kitchen/lounge/diner. The lounge area has sofas, chair, satellite TV and CD player.

The fully fitted kitchen has oven, gas hobs, fridge with freezer section, microwave oven, dishwasher and dining suite to one side. Double doors lead outside to the furnished private patio area, overlooking the gardens and olive groves. This is a perfect spot for dining ‘al fresco’ or relaxing on a balmy summer evening with a glass of the local Tuscan wine.

To the right of the entrance lobby is the first bedroom which has a double wrought iron bed and an ensuite shower room. The original stone staircase leads up to a small landing area with doors off to the second bathroom with shower, and the second double bedroom which also has a double wrought iron bed.

It is possible to place a single bed in one of the bedrooms for a fifth guest if required. Both the bedrooms have views over the Tuscan countryside.
