Casetta con Vista is a private cottage built of hand crafted Tuscan stone. It is set amongst Montebuoni's olive groves with its own private garden. The interior is a split level design, which gives an elegant airy feel to the property.

The entrance opens directly into the kitchen/diner with its beamed ceilings and terracotta tiled floor. The fully fitted kitchen has an electric oven, fridge with freezer section, dining table and chairs.

To one side of the kitchen/diner doors lead to the two bedrooms one with a double bed the other with twin beds, both of which have lovely views. There is also a separate bathroom with shower and a cloakroom.

Steps lead from the kitchen area down to the comfortable lounge with its French windows through which the large furnished terrace is reached via a small flight of steps. This has incredible views over the garden, Tuscan countryside and vineyards, a perfect spot in which to relax over a long leisurely meal or to enjoy a glass of local wine.

A detached cottage with views of Chianti's verdant vineyards and valleys are visible from the patios.
