Large double glass doors open directly into the bright open plan living space which is comfortably furnished with sofas, chairs and satellite TV (Due to heading to the ASTRA – Satellite the most programmes are not in English – more or less only news).

The fully equipped kitchen is to one side and has an oven with hob, fridge, coffee machine, dishwasher and dining suite. Double doors lead out on to the terrace area which has a table and chairs.

Doors from the living area give access to the large bedroom which has a double wrought iron bed a wardrobe and a door leading out on to the terrace which runs across the rear of the property. Next door is the bathroom with shower.

Outside the large furnished terrace, has spectacular views over the Tuscan countryside, with its olive groves and rolling hillsides and the romantic castle of San Polo in Rosso across the valley. This is the perfect spot to sit and relax with a glass of the local Chianti wine, watching the sun go down.
