The apartment has a bright, spacious open plan lounge/kitchen/diner with terracotta tiled floors and traditional beamed ceilings throughout. The comfortable lounge area has a double sofa bed, open fireplace and satellite TV with DVD player.

The modern fully fitted kitchen has a breakfast bar with built in oven and gas hobs, a coffee machine, fridge with freezer section and a dishwasher. There is also a large table with seating for six people.

A corridor leads to the two double bedrooms, both with antique style iron double beds. Both bedrooms have wonderful views over the private garden and the Tuscan hills beyond.

Outside is a large terrace running across the rear of the property, furnished with table, chairs and loungers. This is a great spot to relax in, as the sun goes down, with uninterrupted views over the gardens to the romantic castle of ‘Castello di San Polo in Rosso’ on the hillside in the near distance.
