Outside the large sun terrace is furnished with dining table and chairs, parasol and sun loungers. This is also where the barbeque is located, making this the ideal spot to sit and dine ‘al fresco’ or relax with a glass of the local wine.

The property is accessed via the large sun terrace, which leads directly into the kitchen/diner which has the traditional Tuscan beamed ceilings and terracotta tiled floors throughout. The fully furnished kitchen has an oven with gas hobs, fridge with freezer section, microwave oven and a dishwasher. To one side there is a traditional wooden dining table and matching chairs.

The lower floor of the house is arranged in a split level design. The upper level has a double bedded room with ensuite bathroom with shower, basin and W.C. The comfortable lounge which has two sofas, a flat screen TV with some satellite channels and DVD player is located on the lower level, next door is the second bathroom which has a shower, basin and W.C.

Upstairs running the length of the house is the large triple bedroom. This is a lovely bright airy room, with three single beds. From the windows you have great views over the sun terrace below.

To the front of the apartment is a huge well-furnished patio where the sun shines from early morning to sunset offering the most magnificent views.
