The accommodations is arranged over two floors with oak beamed ceilings and terracotta tiled floors throughout. The main entrance leads directly into a large comfortably furnished lounge, including  two arm chairs, TV Sat (news only) with DVD, CD player and open fireplace.

Doors lead off the lounge to the gardens, and the well equipped kitchen which has an electric oven, gas hobs, a large fridge with freezer section, a dishwasher and dining table and chairs.

A spiral staircase leads from the kitchen up to the landing area where the bathroom with shower and two bedrooms one double one twin bedded are situated. Both bedrooms have wonderful views over the neighbouring vineyard and the hillside beyond.

The large garden is stocked with mature shrubs and fragrant flowers from the Tuscany region, surrounding a furnished sun terrace with uninterrupted views across the countryside. Alternatively for those leisurely long meal times 'al fresco' or for those wishing to take a break from the heat of the day there is a second covered terrace with dining table and chairs.
