The staff are friendly and casually dressed which gives it a laid back feel. The portions are generous. Recommendation for a main course is Montaione beef stew is outstanding. Good value for money. They don't take cards so make sure you have cash.

Il Caminetto
A little gem in the middle of the Tuscan hills. This small, family-run restaurant is just outside of the hill town of Montaione. Wonderful food and great wine selection from the local area. Very friendly and fantastic atmosphere. Very reasonable price.
