Very famous restaurant, known by both the locals and the tourists. It is found in one of the typical narrow "white" street of central Ostuni. It's a pretty busy restaurant, so better book in advance, especially on weekends. Open all year, closed on Mondays.

Great pasta and first courses in this restaurant, previously an oil mill,  located in the historical centre of Ostuni, reachable only by foot (like most of the restaurants in the old centre of the town).
Closed on Wednesday, open only on weekends in winter.
