There are several open air pools of different temperatures, plus an indoor pool. For the summer months there is a large park with sunbeds, ideal to spend an afternoon. At the wellness centre massages and mud baths can be booked. The centre also has a range of cosmetic products available which are made with the thermal water.

A festival held at the beginning of May in the village Serre di Rapolano. It commemorates the Serre Castle with a medieval festival and parade.

Held on Sunday during the first week of September. This is festival aims to promote the travertine and thermal bath activities of the town. It has several events happening, including a street market with stalls of local products and crafts.
